I had been working on this particular couple since October, when they saw it with me the first time,,, This home had been on the Market for a year, 8 months with another broker. Therefore, it is not an easy task to sell a home that becomes stale from being on the market so long, and very difficult for the Homeowner to endure showing after showing.
